1. Identification Required – All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID before notarization services can be performed.

2. No Legal Advice – Odyssey West Notary LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or document preparation services.

3. Payment – Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Mobile, Remote Online Notarization (RON), and loan signing services may require advance payment.

4. Cancellation Policy – Appointments canceled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Refund Policy – Notarial fees are non-refundable once a notarization has been completed. Travel, administrative, and convenience fees may also be non-refundable once services have begun.

6. Right to Refuse Service – Odyssey West Notary LLC reserves the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met, including insufficient identification, incomplete documents, or concerns regarding the signer's willingness or awareness.

7. Privacy – Client information is kept confidential and used only for providing services, maintaining legally required records, and complying with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability – Odyssey West Notary LLC is not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of documents presented for notarization.
